Return Policy
We strive to deliver only the best quality products, however we understand that there may be situations when customers are not happy with the final product, or there is an issue with the delivery, for example, the product arrives broken, etc. Therefore we have written this section to cover our return policy, how and under what circumstances you can return your products, ask for an exchange or for a refund.
You can cancel your order at any time and request a refund. However, depending on the state of your order, it must be done in different ways.
Order state
Once you place an order with us it goes through different stages of manufacturing:
- Initially, your order is recorded in our database and your credit card is charged. If you track your order, you will see that its status is Awaiting works.
- When our perfumers start working on your order and before it is complete, the order status is In Progress.
- When your order is ready, your order is considered complete and the status is Ready for shipping.
- Once we send your order through one of the delivery services, the status is Shipped.
To find the stage of your order, do one of the following:
- Use Track My Order Page together with your order id and email address.
- Access your account and go to 'My Orders' section.
Changing your mind
You can cancel your order through the website when it is either Awaiting works or In progress. Simply track your order and click 'Cancel Order' button. It will notify us about your desire to cancel your order and the order status will be displayed as Processing Cancellation. Once we arrange your refund, the order status will move to Cancelled.
Product below expectations
If you have already received your order and are not happy with the quality of your product, just let us know about the problem through our Contact Form and we will agree on one of the following solution:
- We can offer you a full refund with no questions asked.
- We can alter your blend if you don't like your current result and the required changes are relatively small.
We require you to let us know about the refund within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving your product. Just send us your product back in the original packaging and we will issue your refund within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving it.
Please, take into account that we can offer you a refund in case of you not liking your product and not using it afterwards. We can't offer you a refund in case you have substantially used your fragrance, for example, 5% of the bottle, and decided that you don't like it after that.
Damaged products
We understand, that things can happen during delivery and your order may arrive damaged. In this case, please, send us an email describing what has happened with your order and we will agree with you on the further course of actions. Our contact information can be found on this page.
Please, bear in mind that we will ask for proof that your order has been damaged during the transportation. We also take pictures of orders before they are shipped.
