Access to the website
In general, you should experience robust, error-free access to the website. Sometimes we need to restrict access to the website to perform necessary security updates, repair and maintenance works, release new features. We will try to minimise the time the website can't be accessed. Additionally, the website can be inaccessible due to reasons beyond our control, e.g. your Internet provider issues, hosting problems, etc.
Products
At the moment, we offer only bespoke perfume products. You can design your own fragrance by choosing between one and five ingredients you like in the Composition section of the website. The ingredients you choose represent the desired scent of your fragrance and work as a guide for our perfumers. The final product will be composed of a set of chemical components which, combined, produce the scent of your choice.
Allergen information
There are thousands of chemical components that are used in perfumery and some of them can cause an allergic reaction. We have carefully selected a set of components we work with to minimise the potential allergy risk and constantly review our ingredients. At the same time, we can't use solely allergen free components as some standard and renowned aromas have no allergen free substitutes.
To focus on such an important topic and gather all information in one place, we created a separated page about our Allergen policy. Please, bear in mind that if you make an order with us you agree to accept full responsibility for potential allergic reaction.
Timelines
As we produce bespoke products, we need to make sure that our customers receive only top quality goods. Usually we require between seven and ten working days to create your fragrance. This time is required to let your perfume mature and ensure that there is no sediment in the bottle.
After your order is ready we will post it using your preferred delivery method and send you an email with dispatch confirmation.
Shopping Bag restrictions
Your shopping bag can contain up to five products per order. We have to apply this restriction due to strict rules on transporting perfume products.
Placing an order
Once you are happy with your shopping bag, you can place your order request for the selected products by clicking PAY button at the end of the online purchase process. When our system has finished processing your order request, you will receive a unique order id on the screen, which can be used to track your order on this page. Our system will also send you an email acknowledgement with the details and value of your order, which has been debited to your credit card.
Please, bear in mind that this is not an order acceptance from our side. We formally accept your order and complete the contract between you and us when we dispatch products ordered by you.
As we produce bespoke products, we do not provide return services (this does not affect your statutory rights). However, it is possible to cancel your order and get a full refund before we have dispatched your order. It is also possible to get a refund or ask for an exchange of products if the order arrives damaged or there is a genuine mistake on our side, e.g. the order arrives incomplete. In case we are unable to complete your order after sending you email acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or phone to agree on further actions.
